Applications for an Electronic Notarial Commission begin today, August 10, 2026.
To become an ENP, applicants must complete the Electronic Notarial Commission process through the Supreme Court’s Electronic Notary Services (ENS).
Step 1: Filing of Application
Pay the Php 3,000.00 application fee through the JePS Payment Portal. Create a PJP account and submit your application through the eNotarization Portal with the required documents.
Step 2: Initial Assessment
The ENS will review your application and supporting documents. Once verified, you will receive the schedule for your virtual summary hearing.
Step 3: Virtual Summary Hearing
Attend the virtual summary hearing, where your knowledge of the Rules on Electronic Notarization and the use of Electronic Notarization Facilities (ENFs) will be assessed.
Step 4: Evaluation
The ENS will evaluate your application to determine whether you meet the qualifications.
Step 5: Issuance of Certificate
Qualified applicants will be issued a certificate confirming the electronic notarial commission.
