NotarizeIT is now a Supreme Court-accredited Electronic Notarization Facility

This accreditation enables NotarizeIT to provide the technology infrastructure needed to support Electronic Notaries Public (ENPs) in performing electronic notarial acts in accordance with the Supreme Court’s Rules on Electronic Notarization (A.M. No. 24-10-14-SC).

How to become an ENP

Applications for an Electronic Notarial Commission are filed through the Supreme Court’s eNotarization System.

Before applying, prepare the required documents, including:

  • ENP Application Form (Download here)
  • JePS Proof of Payment  (View payment instructions here)
  • IBP Certificate of No Pending Case
  • MCLE Certificate
  • Current Professional Tax Receipt
  • Electronic Notarial Facility (ENF) Provider Certification

 

How to get an Electronic Notarization Facility (ENF) Provider Certification

 

To obtain this certification through NotarizeIT:

  • Register a free NotarizeIT account.
  • Complete the instructional video and quiz.
  • Receive your ENF Provider Certificate for your ENP application.

You can finalize registration after ENP commissioning.

Once commissioned, you can use NotarizeIT to conduct both remote and in-person electronic notarization in accordance with the Rules on Electronic Notarization.

Applications for Electronic Notarial Commission begin on August 10, 2026.
